Boise, ID
Today we have decided to walk on small trails around Boise (pronounce it Boy-see). We first drove up the mountains near the Camel’s Back Reserve. It was very cold (for Miamians) and we didn’t walk long before we decided to go back to Boise to check the Oregon Trail. The Oregon Trail was a 2,170-mile east-west, large-wheeled wagon route and emigrant trail in the United States that connected the Missouri River to valleys in Oregon. You can still see some traces on the ground and it makes you think how courageous people were at that time to cross this huge territory with their wagons.
